Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Amplicast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Amplicast is a content publishing platform that transforms and distributes content to social media platforms using AI. The Service includes content transformation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and team collaboration features.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or organization may maintain multiple workspaces.

4. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create, import, or publish through the Service.
  • You grant Amplicast a limited license to process, transform, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content through connected platforms.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Connected Platforms

  • When you connect third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Facebook), you authorize Amplicast to publish content on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.
  • Amplicast is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms (account suspensions, content removal, etc.).

6. Billing & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Free trials last 7 days. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Fair Use

  • You may not use the Service to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform policies.
  • Automated usage must stay within your plan's limits.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

  • Content transformed or generated by AI is provided "as is."
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
  • Amplicast is not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or performance of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amplicast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or platform account issues.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
